Submit an inquiry form and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. Try to include as much information about your flowers and project as possible so we can make the best recommendations for your flowers.

We will help guide you through which frame sizes, colors and backgrounds will work best for your project. This is also when you can let us know if you would like to include any additional items like stationary, ribbons, photos, etc.

You will then receive an invoice to pay the 20% deposit and a contract. Please note that your date is not reserved until these are signed and paid.

The week prior to your event (or after contract is signed) you will receive a link to book a drop-off time. We recommend dropping off within 3 days after your event and keeping your flowers in water in a cool place until drop-off.

Once your flowers are received, the preservation process begins. The next time you will hear form us is 8-10 weeks later. Our team will layout your design and send you a photo for your approval. Please note that once your design is approved, additional changes can not be made.

After your design is approved, it takes an additional 1-3 weeks to complete & frame your flowers.

Once your piece is completed, you will be notified and sent an invoice for the remaining balance as will as pick up information. This balance is due at pick up or three-weeks after notification, whichever comes first. 

Over time your flowers will change with age, to keep them looking as nice as possible, it is important to display them in a cool, dry space with minimal sunlight. This includes avoiding rooms like garages, sunrooms, kitchens, and rooms with open windows.
